Who wins, and why?

Phoebe Halliwell.

Faith wins both rounds because this is a hand to hand battle, and she has super stats. Also she has no morals in this battle, and Phoebe cannot use magic.

Faith makes a ten foot jump, and kills Phoebe with one punch.

(Maybe you should give them both the same moral setting, and let the magic character use magic.)

Magic would be unfair against Faith, and Phoebe can fight.

@HBKTimHBK: Yeah Pheobe can fight but Faith has superhuman physical traits and can fight even better, and this is a H2H fight so its kinda spite unless im missing something.

Phoebe was the one with morals.

Alright now both have no morals so its down to hand to hand ability.

Slayers are very strong, very tough, and quite agile. Phoebe doesn't have any physical abilities that are strong enough to let her keep up with a Slayer, so in a hand to hand battle she is going to lose.

Faith stomps

Maybe I could suggest lowering Faith's attributes to normal human levels in order to make it more fair since Phoebe can't use her powers.

Faith stomps. Slayers have super-stats. It doesn't matter how skilled Phoebe is, if she's got human stats she is going to get dislocated as soon as Faith starts wailing on her. Which she will because she's faster stronger and more durable.

Oops. My bad. Misread that. Anyway that doesn't really things much. In round one Faith still wins. Phoebe's powers are not really that helpful in battle, against Faith anyway. Now in round two Phoebe might have a chance if she gets to use her empathy to incapitate Faith but still I am leaning more towards Faith in this round too.

Her levitation is always nice, and it's fine, at least it is a little bit more fair with her powers.

.... No spells or potions? Phoebe dies and if she's lucky Faith will just knock her out.

Phoebe's power are too passive, unless she taps into Faith's slayer power and idk even the odds then go for a empathic overload.

if phoebe gets the chance to do an empathic overload then maybe she can win. but faith wins pure h2h.

Yeah, it has been shown that levitation can increase the impact of her kicks but still don't think that it can realy help a lot in this case.

Phoebe wins them both, morals off phoebe has shown to want to kill without remorse. In kill Billie she threatened to kill Billie without hesitation , when they became evil. Even when they became warlocks phoebe was the coldest, killing Leo without much thought.

Faith is a slayer, yes. But phoebe is a psychic witch who has a certain spidey sense in h2h combat. Even demon with superstength feared facing her because of this. And faith super strength is really a big deal, phoebe with her levitation power have enhanced strength and even without it she managed to vanquish a demon with an umbrella and high heel, so they can't be that far apart in terms of strength.

And phoebes empathy powers can mimic , channel, and also reflect emotions, phoebe is far too powerful .

Faith only wins against phoebe in the first few episodes of season 1 and when she lost all of her powers.

In the comics phoebe still wins. Her premonition power is stronger , she can almost fly and her empathy powers are too strong.

In the charmed verse a slayer isn't about the same as a low level demon.

In the Buffy verse, phoebe is around the level of Cordelia's level when she was posssessed by jasemine. The charmed ones are OP, they just are mostly restricted by plot or inconsistent pose scalings.

Faith kills Her with literally one hand tied behind her back prep or no prep she can't even freaking using magic in this fight which means some chick who takes defense classes and can hover vs a chick who has the memories and experiences of every past slayer dating back to 5,000 years
