sadly, Susan and Mary, theyve made some crazy stuff, like a machine that shrinks you to another universe, and a portal to another dimension, phineas and ferb maybe COULD do that stuff, but they have yet to show that capability (they have however FIXED a time machine and dimensional portal, but think Mary and Susan and a hair above the boys)
Phineas and Ferb have fixed Doctor Doofenschmirtz (I swear that I screwed that name up) portal to an alternate reality before, as well as fixed a time machine. They have also made giant treehouse robots, a superhero Mech suit fitting the both of them, a molecular separator, a dimensional remote, a shrink ray, and ninja suits that make it impossible for anyone to find them, even for someone as large as Buford. (Unless of course they are wearing the ninja outfit themselves)
Phineas and Ferb have created a robot that could shield the entire galaxy, and seem overall superior to Doof, who has created machines that can destroy the universe. Don't think the Tests can handle them.
Either they both teams be impressed with each other science and it ends in friendship (too young for sex) or Phineas and Ferb win has slighlty better feats they created a force field to cover a solar system
