This is pre no turning back Lizard. Lizard can't use his TP on Phil. Phil can't use his maniac scream. Standard gear and both sides are bloodlusted. No prep. Win by death or KO. Takes place in the sewers.

Phil wins via flaming sword. Also, I wish people would stop taking away Lizard's R complex control. Fantomex's misdirection it isn't.

My point is that in some cases like with Spider-Man it triggers the fight-or-flight response, but in other cases like with Otto Octavius during the battle over Harry Osborn's child it merely bloodlusts the opponent and makes them less intelligent and more feral. Lizard has never shown the ability to dictate which occurs.
