Galactus can put up a fight if hes fed. Whos in the respective rosters? I say Pheonix can take it but you should put more detail next time.

This is basically Phoenix vs Galactus. The Justice League and the Avengers are way out of their weight-class. Phoenix would probably win.

Galactus fed on 4 planets or more can take the phoenix on his own in my opinion,he can take on celestials in this state.Phoenix is overated because she is an -Xcharacter,I have a what if from 1982 where she admits Galactus is more powerful than her,even as dark phoenix.but they just keep making her more powerful because the X-characters are so popular,she even has something to do with g`s origin now.Give me a break ,g was out 30 something years before they decided this .So don`t let them fool you younger readers!She is one of the most overated characters in the marvel universe.At least to people who have been reading comics for over 40 years!
