DC has 2 month prep time One day the PF5 were sent a message by a mystery man and told them they would be forced to battle 5 other heroes from DC. DC team was warned and had 2 months to prep. Wonderwoman had Hephaestus make her new top class armor. Billy went through mental training to withstand some of Emma's attacks so she won't be able to give him a lobotomy so easily.

Your doubting the Phoenix force once there is only 1 member left. Cyclops was a deadly force when he was dark Phoenix. Being physically strong does not always when you the match. You said Superman, WonderWoman, Kyle won there matches. Only Leaving Magik and fates battle undecided along with Emma and Billy. I say Magik beats fate by taking him to limbo and defeats him there. I also say Emma beats billy since in her diamond form she can outlast billy since breaking her would be useless.

Once there was one member of the pheniox force 5 left the X-Men and the Avengers couldn't stop cyclops, He let go of the power himself. In a brawl then I think Phoenix force 5 would win with one member left.

How can they even hurt the P5?

My knowledge of the Phoenix force may be limited but I know what it can do. Only story I read on it is A vs X but I know how powerful it is. I only believe they can win because they are one on one battles and the Phoenix is at 20%, 1/5 of it's power.
If it was one of them 100% they would win but since it is only 20% my feelings are different. The phoenix seems hard to control even for the chosen and they never use its full power.

I don't remember Emma flying through space, and even if she could, Billy could put her so far away from Earth it'd take her days if not weeks to get back.

@ancient_0f_days: The phoenix force grants the user, among other things, the ability to travel through the vacuum of space beyond the speed of light. Even a 5th of the phoenix force still gives each of them at the very least immunity to bfr. Even besides that, the op clearly states 'knock out only' which implies no bfr.

When the 5 first absorbed the pheonix force it showed them flying from the moon to earth, Emma included.

I don't know why but i hate Phoenix so i say DC wins
