He is an Mid Tier Angel... I dont think he is on par with Phantom Stranger... but its possible he could be somewhere around his power level

kk if Asmodel is bonded with the spectre ill go with team one.
if not its going to be hard to take down the Phantom stranger, but Asmodel will be the weak link and will fall pretty easy.
leaving the PS to take on Blackheart and Shuma by himself.

isnt that kinda unfair?...isnt the spectre at the same levels of the living tribunal and galactus?

Lol kk, then asmodel is above the PS, with the combined powers of asmodel and the spectre.
i have to go with team one. they both should be well above team 2.
if anything BFR or even asmodel turning team 2 into glass, or some other form should be enough to take this battle.

Spectre at Full Power is on par with LT... if he is bound or has a host... he usually isnt as powerful

yeah a human host. asmodel is a fallen angle. not only that asmodel with the power of the spectre was to much for PS in the comics.

Phantom Stranger hasnt really displayed much of anything though in terms of feats... its hard to really gauge what he can do

it is hard to see what he can do and even in the comics no one knows anything about him.
DC calls him deus ex machina. he has the power to end any conflict and would probably be second under the Spectre in Power. (aside from the great powers in DC) .
