Isn't Stanchek an uber TP/TK user or something? I've just started reading Harbinger, so I'm not sure what his reflexes are like. The best reflex feat I've seen in that series is Toyo Harada casually bullet-timing when he was a child.

Potentially he is uber at the moment though he just does good stuff in fits of anger or emotion (notably when people attack him). At the moment he has a powerful amount of pisonics that seem to be governed by his emotions. Can't remember all his reaction feats. He's bullet-timed before though:

@Strider92: would you say Grifter has better TK than Peter, because the best I remember Peter doing is bringing down a ceiling and the scan you posted?

imo Grifters TK is stronger in brute force but not as versatile. For example Grifter's brute force is good as we saw him cave-in part of that mountain but Peter's TK is more controlled. He's been able to target certain parts with it such as hitting a persons brain. To put it simply Grifter is like a battle axe and Peter is more like a scalpel. Both are pretty deadly but one is far more efficient and versatile.
