I think this is actually a really intresting fight. Since this is probably gonna be considered a stomp by Comic team i will still give some information about the Manga team. Lets start with Janemba, Janemba's first form seemed to be quite powerful as Goku had to transform into his Super Saiyan 3 form to overpower him. In his super form, Janemba managed to completely overpower Super Saiyan 3 Goku and was only defeated by the fusion of Goku and Vegeta, Gogeta. His reality warping power was capable of transforming the entire universe into his image, including the Other World. He possesses great matter manipulation powers as well since he was easily able to pick up a club and alter its molecular structure, turning it into a sword. This could also be a side effect of his reality warping powers. Aside from his reality warping powers, he is also proved to be an accomplished martial artist, taking on both Goku and Vegeta in hand-to-hand combat, and winning.In both forms, Janemba has a rather unusual weakness: he is physically hurt by insults. Whenever he or any of his constructions are insulted, he or it cracks slightly and shatters like glass. However, it is not enough to be useful against Janemba due to his powers of rapid regeneration, and stuns him only briefly.
Now, lets move on to Cell has acid inside his body that is shown when he regenerates his tail while in his first form after Android 16 removed it. He has the ability to revert his form (demonstrated when he reverts to an egg and potentially by his evolving body). It is likely that Cell's asexual reproductive capability in spawning the Cell Juniors is taken from Piccolo's Namekian physiology. Along with Piccolo's regeneration, he has Frieza's ability to survive any injury; after Cell achieves his Super Perfect Form due to his brush with death when he self-destructs, he explains in the original English dub of the anime that this is because each individual cell in his body has a life-force of their own. In the manga, Japanese dub of the original anime, and both versions of Dragon Ball Z Kai, Cell explains that, like Piccolo, he has a regenerative nucleus in his head; as long as that survives, so does he. Also, his Saiyan cells make him stronger from every near-death injury he survives, thanks to the Saiyans' Zenkai. Cell has the techniques of those whose cells make up his body from the time when the samples are taken from them. The likes of Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta have their cells taken during Vegeta's invasion of Earth, while Frieza and King Cold have theirs taken when they invade during the Trunk's Saga later. (Unless you can destroy all his body's cell's he's gonna come back even stronger.)
Finally Hercule, only purpose is for, Comic relief. DBZ for the win. But im biased, so my vote does'nt count.
