All equipment they ever had is allowed.
Fight takes place near a river.
Morals on.
Who wins?
Avada Kedavra gets deflected by inanimate object so often it's hilarious. If he tries that trump card and it bounces off the shield, then methinks Voldy gets a sword in his gut.
You gave ALL equipment, meaning Percy has Hermes' multivitamins; the multivitamins make Percy literally 100% immune to magic. There is NOTHING Voldemort can do to harm Percy.
Voldemort never did anything that would put him above Hyperion, whom Percy beat effortlessly.
Anybody who says Voldemort wins is either a fanboy or is incompetent on Percy.
This is spite.
Even if Voldemort was at the height of his power, Percy still wouldn't have any problems with him.

In that case Zatanna, the one who froze hell and froze space-time, would also fail to Percy. Right?
Well dont underestimate Voldemort's equipment either, the elder wand (lets just pretend he has it with full power), all his horcruxes, even with all his power he's still a child compared to a evil, immortal almost 100-year old wizard, who can practically invade his mind for information, plant illusions there too (for example he can put the illusion that percy is actually fighting his mother, or friend or something so percy drops all his gear and voldy takes his chance,...just a thought) Summon armies of undead, can make anything he wants materialize from thin air , can make inanimate object alive, create dark-matter explosions and sonic booms, and can conjure and controls serpents (Only people with parseltongue can control them) Percy has the edge with his sheer power, but IMO Voldemort has a bigger edge with his superiority of mind and deadly skill, and the fact that he cant die thanks to his horcruxes. (He only needs one to be immortal, but he has 7)
I like Voldemort, but he just isn't on the same level as Percy. Voldemort at his height was blowing up multiple windows, whereas Percy destroyed the Williamsburg bridge without even breaking a sweat.
Also, in the order of the Phoenix, Voldemort couldn't even scratch those golden statues at the end;he could never do anything to riptide, which, by the way, Percy can use to block spells, seeing as how his reaction speed is bullet level. Assume Voldemort injures Percy, he can summon water to heal the wound. It surprises me that people are saying that Voldemort is immortal, when I thought it was common knowledge that Harry quite simply killed Voldemort at the end of the seventh book by pushing avada kadevera back at him, which Percy could do with riptide. And Voldemort won't be using illusions against Percy, since he never does that to anybody during combat. OP says ALL equipment, which also means Percy has the master bolt, he could more than easily kill Voldemort with it. It would utterly shatter any shield Voldemort could ever muster. Percy fights people stronger than Voldemort all the time, like Ares, Hades, Hyperion, Atlas, Phobus, Iapetus, Kronos, Polybotes, etc. Voldemort doesn't have a chance.
@logy5000: Harry only killed Voldemort because he had already destroyed ALL the horcruxes protecting his soul, without them voldemort cannot die, plus he didnt push the curse back, HE didnt do anything, it was thanks to the wand because it cannot kill it's true owner (Being Harry) so it backlashed at Voldemort, who at this point had no more horcruxes left, killing him permanently, so if you think about, TECHINICALLY it if you truly want to kill Voldemort with a properly functioning Elder Wand you have to find and destroy all the horcruxes INCLUDING Harry Potter too (since he is also a horcrux) and id the Elder Wand DOES work then not even dumbledore can 'outduel' him.
@sambuscus: OP says all equipment, meaning Percy has access to Hermes' multivitamins. They make him immune to magic, Percy really just wins by default. The Elder Wand is supposedly unbeatable in the HP universe, but in the back story of it, Dumbledore defeated the owner of it in a duel. So it's kinda strange. I'd wager that gods are more powerful than Voldemort, and Percy has beaten gods on more than 1 occasion.
You're all forgetting one thing. Percy Jackson is blessed with the Curse of Achiles. A curse that makes him invulnerable to harm aside from his one physical weakness. Unless Voldemort targets that spot somehow. I'm pretty sure Percy can put up a good fight. Even if he can't kill Voldemort. He'll win eventually. He doesn't have to kill Voldemort. Only beat him. He's completly capable of this
Percy blitzes his head off.
All equipment pushes his already high magic resistance into invulnerability-to magic beyond HP- so anyone saying Voldemort clearly hasn’t read PJO.
There’s also the Twelfth Legion’s Eagle which Percy would have here and since Voldemort isn’t a lightning timer, he gets fried.
Percy curbstomps. He’s way faster than any wizard has had to deal with, and has the means to at least put Tom down for a 10 count
Percy destroys. He faster stronger, plus with equipment he's basically immune to magic. Theres nothing voldemort could do to hurt him.
The Battle starts like this.
Voldemort relaxes.
Percy eats the vitamins.
Percy throws his sword at Voldemort. However Voldemort disappriates. Voldemort laughed.
Percy is not looking good.
WAIT Percy has the master bolt and the helm of darkness remember? Percy throws the master bolt, voldemort took flight and escaped. Then Percy wears the helmet of darkness, voldemort used spells to reveal human beings.
Then Voldy shoots a killing curse to percy, which didn't work due to the vitamins. Percy on the other hand gains closer. Voldemort releases Fiendfire, capturing Percy. Then conjures some snakes to wrap up Percy. Percy because of his invulnerability, remained unharmed. Voldemort soon found out as Percy began to kill the snakes. Voldemort conjures glasses (or anything) to blast at Percy. Finding his fatal spot.
One piece of shattered glass hits the fatal spot.
Percy dies. Voldemort hasn't broke a sweat.
