Raiden easily. Top tier MK characters are mountain buster level.

Percy tanked a mountain level attack before he was book 5 level. He was mountain level himself BEFORE his amp.

Percy has tanked lightning quite easily without book 5 power levels.

@hyperlight: I agree that he's a better fighter, but Percy's dealt with some pretty heavy hitters. I also think that Jason is a factor here because of his immunity to lightning.

Raiden wins this one. He has thousands of years of experience, can break concrete walls and even dimensional barriers (http://i.imgur.com/OHDCtUp.jpg) with sheer physical force, can fly and probably react on at least subsonic speeds, can teleport and doesnt suffer that much of injury even if he is stabbed in gut with katana (in MKX comic #10 he is stabbed in stomach by Scorpion, while in next issue his wound is gone). So he doesnt just win, but probably even stomps that team. Especially with no morals.

@toratorn: Yes, but i don't think that he could survive if someone cut his head off.
And you must know that some of his attacks wouldn't affect Jason, but would be horrible for Percy.
And Jason is a acrobatic fighter, Jason is easily able to dispatch a Roman demigod centurion who is skilled at fighting. Additionally, Jason shows he is a particularly acrobatic fighter, jumping at least six feet into the air and flipping to hit at the back of his head in the middle of a sword fight without it being a big deal.

I know I'm an hardcore Mk fan but Raiden crushes them. God>demigod

@joewell: Everything. And saying god doesn't mean he better is like saying kryptonian doesn't mean he better. Sure its not its a immediate win but it's a lot.

@sirbaronobeefdip: Percy also has supernatural powers and is a master with the sword. He has been able to best the war god Ares in sword combat and beat hundreds of immortal monsters and several entities older than the gods themselves. When it comes to skill, I'd say the Demigods take it.

Tough fight but I'd have to give the majority to the team. If only because of their experience in dealing with gods around Raidens level.

@leo-343: This is very true however, they usually have buffs and such when fighting especially powerful enemies. Like when Percy got the Curse to fight Kronos.

@leo-343: That's true but I don't think that Ares was really trying at the time, even so it was pretty impressive that Percy beat the God of War when he was freaking twelve. And we don't really know the exact circumstances of Krios' defeat. But yeah they defeat lesser gods on a regular basis, although it's never easy.

Raiden wins here... The Gods in the Percy Jackson series are NERFED. That's the only reason Percy and Jason were able to take them on. If they were anything like the God of War Gods, they would both be OHKO. With that said, Raiden is pretty much on par with the God of War Zues. Raiden takes this...

The Percy Jackson gods have the exact same feats as in the original Greek Myths. What has Raiden done that puts him above either of the demigods, who are faster than the human eye, can fight through entire armies, and have a high degree of lightning resistance?

@joewell: The Titans in the GoW series are larger than the Empire State Building and the Gods were able to one shot a lot of them. None of the feats or abilities of Percy Jackson or Jason Grace puts them on that level nor any of the Gods for that matter. In the Percy Jackson books EVERY SINGLE God was constantly being weakened by the awakening of Gaia. In GoW, Gaia was simply brought down like the Titan she was. But enough of this. Lol Raiden has no feats? He ascended to status of Elder God. He has complete control over electricity, so much so that he can use electricity to heal others and HIMSELF. He can transform himself into an ethereal state. How exactly would Percy Jackson and Jason Grace touch him?

The God of War characters aren't relevant to this.

I didn't say Raiden had no feats, I just asked for the ones he had. Titles like Elder God mean little. Jason also has electric control, and both are resistant to it. What kind of destruction has Raiden cause with his lightning? Because the demigods have some great durability feats.

Both Percy and Jason have been able to hit ghosts and other intangible opponents, why would Raiden be any different?

Plus, Percy has the Curse of Achilles here, which makes him completely invincible except for one spot on his back. Combine that with his superior speed and I doubt Raiden can put him down.

@joewell: Raiden is son of an elder god and has defeated elder gods and supernatural being as well with just his fist like shinnok. His powers far range from just electricity. His teleport and divine strength, he stomps.

And as for skill Percy is nowhere close. It shames me you even say that. Raiden has perfected his martial arts and weapon combat for thousands of years. Mixed with that and his teleport and he'd be to much for Percy.

I get that he has trained a lot, but what has he actually done? Percy has beaten the war god when he was 12. The literal entity of combat, who has been on the winning side of every war. He has thousands of years of experience ( Along with every monster Percy and Jason now through, because they're immortal ) and yet was still beaten.

What's are some reaction feats for Raiden? Anything to prove he can take two people who move at speeds the human eye can hardly track?

@joewell: Percy can't actually fight at that speed. And saying the teleport is irrelevant is just plane idiotic. His teleport is instant. He could spam it as much as he wants. Percy is nowhere as brutal as raiden.

And what has Raiden done? You know nothing Mk. He defeated con and even match Liu kang in h2h. God of war is a title (which you yourself is irrelevant). Pecry has never shown to be as skilled as raiden.

And raiden can cause lighting storms in which he can use to move about the battlefield. And can hurdle people out of the sky. He teleport is faster then mach speeds its instant and yes its combat speed. And is so use to fighting fast teleporters like scorpion or noon and speedsters like kabal, that its second nature. He makes Percy explode.

@sirbaronobeefdip: He did. When he fought against Jason, Piper describe them as moving at speeds so fast she couldn't see what was happening and saying their swords were blurs. It's irrelevant because both of the Demigods can react and counter attack accordingly.

Good job. He beat another dude who only has "Trained for all of his life" as a feat. What has either Raiden or Liu Kang done that puts them above people who stomp armies of immortals and kill god-slaying Giants?

You know who else can create lightning storms and has air control? Jason! He probably has it to a better degree too. How powerful is Raiden's Lightning? Because Percy has tanked Jason's ( Which can incenterate an army of monsters ) and got straight back up. Teleporting doesn't equal speed or reactions. Unless you can show me an instant of Raiden defeating someone as fast as Percy or Jason, he gets blitzed. And even if he doesn't get blitzed, he is weaker in every other category. ( Based off what you've told me so far )

@joewell: Never seen Percy move that fast. And raidens teleport is instant and can combat out of it. How's Percy going to keep up with someone moving faster and hitting faster with more skill? Everyone can fight at speeds that blur, its a feat every character has.

Quit asking what they've done when I always answer. Liu and raiden defeated gods, the netherrealm army, shao Kahn army, shao Kahn himself self, onoga and shinnok. Percy has never defeated anything at that more skill or brutality he's in a kids book.

And how would untrained Jason have more power then the Thunder God. Your just grasping at straws. Percy won't survive something that's so brutal it'll make you explode. He's still human. Especially since percy is far inferior to raiden in every way. He gets crushed in seconds

@leo-343: All those things you have listed Raiden has done as well. Defeating god, armies etc.

And it doesn't matter how trained YOU say they are because they have never shown anything to put him at Raiden skill of fighting. And look at your fifth paragraph, wanna talk about making things up, Blitzed armies pffft. And quit saying blitz. He's never blitzed anything.

He held up the sky not as a feat but because he was granted the temporary ability too. Its not like lobo holding the universe.

Percy is not completely resistant to lighting and Jason isn't at raidens level of lighting skill. Beside raiden closes the gap and beats then in h2h that's what he does. Lightning or no lighting. Hell He can banish them to hell. And those storm things raiden can do as well. As I've shown. In fact way more raiden feats then you or the other guy has. Everyone here has. Your just talking out your ass.

Percy or Jason dont stand a chance against someone who far superior in magic, strength, and skill. He's demigod part human what I was pointing out. You say god isn't a viable feat yet you throw around demigod like its a VIP pass. So shut up. Isn't there some luffy thread you should be wanking?
