I just want to say: Robbie was a more interesting character as Penance. I couldn't give a crap about Speedball or any of the New Warriors. Now I'm just waiting for him to go back to Penance.

Penance would win this fight, any Blast havoc sent his way he would just amp him.  He also has his speedball bubbles again so he could be untouchable to havok, not to mention the speed advantage.

by the way that havok scans is great i really like that design

Definitely Havok.  His blasts are more powerful, he has defenses that Penance doesn't, and he's much more experienced with the use of his abilities.
