PC Validus vs PC Mongul (Read OP)

No prep 
Fight takes place on a empty small planet 
No BFR 
Only H2H  going bare knucks baby   
Neither knows what the other is capable 
just a random encounter

Validus.  He's damn near unstoppable, capable of taking on two or three Monguls at once and still winning.

Validus was able to knock people a several galaxies away, even though Mongul was a power house he actually lost to Superman.
Validus takes it. 

I don't know enough about Validus to dissagree with anyone that says he takes it, though I seem to remember him being one of those threats people had to team up to beat.
 
I did want to throw out though, if memory serves, wasn't Pre-Crisis Mongul actually a bit stronger than Supes? I seem to remember that he was one of the few foes were Superman had to rely on creative use of his other abilities to take down.  I could be wrong but I seem to remember their fights playing out like that.

Validus ftw Mongul gets a major headache after taking the best Val throws at him..

I've heard a lot about how powerful Pre Crisis Validus was but never seen any scans or feats listed. Does anyone have any scans of him or know some of his impressive feats? Thanks.

Validus. Mongul may have been stronger than Superman but not by the magnitude that Validus was. He almost killed Mon-el because he mistook him for a baby rattle.

Eh, I might actually go with Mongul on this one, sure the gap between Mongul and PC MMH and SA Superman isn't nearly as big as the gap between PC Validus and PC Supergirl/Mon-El/Superboy, but SA Superman is much more powerful than your low Tier-Silver Age Kryptonians and Daxamites.

@thekinfing: Validus has better striking power feats in general, durability is arguable but overall, he's got clear advantages
