Anything that entails risk cannot be done with prep. Unless he can get those artifacts without drawing attention then it falls outside of prep because conflict begins, assuming a character can acquire or do anything they've done before without a hitch is why prep is so overrated.

OP stated he had access to them, so it's assumed there isn't risk or fighting that needs to take place to retrieve and than use them.
@spartan101: I don't quite get why you guys are all getting hyped up and say: "wow! 4 months he stomps!!!"...If he doesn't have a plan in 1 month, he won't find anything in the last 3 months....it's not math!!!...it's not "y=ax", where y=time of prep, x=probability to win....
Just put... "Doom with prep"...that's enough...
On point...I'm with PC Darkseid on this one....He's a beast...I don't think Doom will find anything to stop him...even with his prep time...
