I'm going with Robin on this one, though it would be extremely close. Patriot has an edge with being a super soldier, however, Robin has the experience in dealing with supers, and proper training, so he just barely takes it.

I agree with Paragon, Robin's experience battling not just normal people but supers too is going to get him the win. Both are skilled fighters and Patriot has him in strength and speed its just that experinence that goiong to pull it off.
