Unless parallax has magical power or very strong cosmic powers he can't hurt blackheart.

Full powered Parallax is a cosmic entity of pure fear so yes he does have cosmic powers.

yes but blackheart can draw power endlessly from the universe.he was so powerful his father had to dimish his powers to be safe and blackheart still killed him.he is created from evil which everything is to a certain exstant

The Spectre couldn't even keep Parallax down, and I can't say i've ever heard/seen Blackheart written as powerfull as Parallax/Jordan was in Zero Hour!
