White Lantern Kyle hasnt really dont anything significant during the whole Wrath of the First Lantern story arc, i am going with Parallax.

Exactly. His feats with the White ring don't even put him on an even level with regular Hal, let alone Parallax. Hal's feats allowed him to basically decimate a Black Lantern spectre.

I'd say this is a relatively easy with for Parallax.

@deranged_midget: It should be noted that Predator (which is an hostile entity), was extremely respectful to the Entity and every lights from the spectrum were made from the White light. So potentialy, he should take this but like you said, he doesn't have any feats to prove it (even if it was stated that he was above the Guardians multiple times).
