Galactus has better feat in the movie but Parallax is a entity of fear so Parallax was never defeated in the movie just the host of Guardian who absorbed more power threw fear. Based off what ive seen id say Galactus would win this.

@venomoushatred1001: i read that  i saw the movie,  destroying planets isnt anything these days , heck a death star cud stop both galac and paralax    galactus didnt do nothing,  by time he absorbs paralax   ,  paralax would absorb  galactus

They didn't necessarily have to make him purple, but anything is better then that cloud crap. i would love to have seen him in some type of divine like armor...kinda how they made the Gods armor in Clash Of The Titans  look. once again anything is better then what they showed in the movie.
