Considering basic weapons in the Metroid universe (charge beam, bombs, misisles) shatter furniture-sized structures made of ice or sandstone, and Ridley can tank or deflect such attacks, the durability edge goes to Ridley.
The requirement for a Dragonborn to kill dragon's seems to apply to their souls; guards would otherwise be unable to hold any off, and the blades would have had trouble slaying them.
Ridley's clone's speed in dodging plasma shots suggest that Ridley could avoid any hits from the two dragons, and his ability to hurt Samus, despite her suits being able to defend against extreme heat and lava, would suggest that he could deal significant damage to the pair.
Ridley wins 10/10.
