vs.

Situation: The Fallen One has rallied the other Heralds to take on Galactus together. Big G sends out the powered up Surfer to deal with the problem. The battle takes place in an asteroid field.  Morg is the powered down version that Terrax defeated.
No BFR
No morals
Fight until one side is dead or all members are out cold.

Two Battles. Battle 1 is SS solo vs. the Heralds.

In Battle 2 the Surfer gets this guy:

Thanos is at his most powerful version without IG or HOTU(someone can chime in on what version that is).

Ok. I added Red Shift and Stardust to try to even it out. If that doesn't make it more even, we can amp up Morg again.

Looking for reasons why one would win over the other, and/or battle progression.

Well Surfer if already very powerful. Terrax is a bit pf pushover, who thinks he he is greater than he is. Surfer blast him. Stardust, she is non corporeal, she she cant be killed, but be sent back
firelord, uses fire, and does Nova, SS can shrug both off, Airwalker has always been chumpish

But for sake of battle Fallen one, Stardust Morg and nova make it to round two, Thanos owns the fallen one, Thanos can take out morg and Nova, and SS can focus on stardust

Post Annihilation. Galactus gave him a big power boost to deal with the Annihilation Wave. So far, it has't been taken back or lost.

To my knowledge, no other herald hss nanosecond speed reaction. If yes, than Surfer easily.
