Well, I'm gonna miss Nightwing! Ozy would kill Dick Grayson very quickly.

Nightwing. Better feats against more varied opponents.

Nightwing does battle more varied oppoenents but in this fight they are both still human.

Ozy took out two skilled opponents in H2H who battled him at the same time. Also caught a bullet at point blank range. His physical skills are pretty maxed out for a normal buman being and has shown Olympic athleticism.

I say Ozy drops Dick.

You're talking about the movies right? Because the only really skilled fighter in the W-Universe(comics) is Ozy himself. Dick is used to fight multiple opponents simultaneously, and some of them using guns, not to mention that Dick fought much more skilled opponents than Rorschach and Nite Own.

The thing that makes a difference here is the prep time. While Dick is really good with prep, Ozy has showed us that he is better.

With one day prep, Ozy takes its 7/10.

What weapons would Ozymandias use though. He didn't really use any weapons when he fought Nite Owl or Rorschach. We only see him use the machine to transport Dr Manattan's energy to NYC(Movie Version) or the Squid to NYC (Comic Version).

Good question. Within one day prep, i can see Ozy coming with any device that Nite Own have, after all, he is more intelligent than Dan. Other possibility is Veidt luring Dick in to a trap(made by Ozy, the day before, nothing really fancy), finishing Dick while he have the upper hand. If the comics proves one thing to us, is that Veidt will not waste a opportunity to win and won't be merciful like Nightwing would.

I think Nightwing takes this. I saw someone yesterday prove with scans that Ozy didn't catch the bullet, just worked out the trajectory first and put his arm in the way , which is something Batman has done so doesn't prove he is that much faster than Nightwing. 
 
In actual h2h skill Nightwing may be young but he has been learning since he was like 10 so has LOADS of experience AND is in his prime.

@ygoox: As for the fight my understanding is that Ozymendias is able to calculate reaction times of a physical nature. He sees an opponent move and reacts defensively then counters. That was in the movie but also in the comics. Some information wasn't given in the panels but also in-between pages that looked like news clippings and such.

Nightwing has more feats he been in so many comics so in that regard he has that advantage. Ozy is considered at human physical peak. With 1 week prep I honestly don't know what he could come up with. But I've never been good at that concept. I do think that Ozy always thinks of winning the war and not the battle.
