would Ozy be able to time Nightcrawlers teleporting to land a killer blow? 
is he fast enough to keep up with Nightcrawler? 
Imo Nightcrawler takes the win via KO..

Ozy is more intelligent and has been better trained most likely in martial arts.  Nightcrawler has teleporting.   Ozy was able to trick Dr. Manhatten. If he can catch a bullet i think he can catch Nightcrawler too. I think Ozy could take him.

Nightcrawler wins easily. Adrian has no idea how to go hand-to-hand against someone with superhuman powers.

Imo Nightcrawler takes this rather easily in their first confrontation with one another, but if they had a rematch where Ozy knows Nightcrawlers tendencies and porting ability I think he gets him

Yeah but a punch really isn't as dangerous as a bullet or really as quick. It could be countered he could shrug it off. Once he finds out about Nightcrawler's ability he will probably try to adapt to the situation using his knowledge.

Nightcrawler wins this. He can spam teleports and attack from all directions, or teleport Ozy and KO him that way. He does both of these tactics quite often.

I've seen him do it once, and that was in Messiah Complex. Other than that, he has teleported Omega Red high up into the sky and dropped him in order to knock him out. I don't think he'd manage that against Ozy, though.
