Hmmmm......I would guess he would get to round 3 but not win? I don't remember the exact level of feats for the soldiers at this point, and how well the Arrow team did against similar groupings of them. His own abilities probably put Ozy at the level of one soldier, and his skills and smarts will let him beat 2 at least. Possibly he could beat round 3.

Wins round 3 but probably doesn't make it further unless he uses his intellect and the environment.

Could stop at 3, stops at 4 for sure. I think he should be able to comfortably win against 1 and beat 2 with low difficulty.

I can't remember Watchmen that much, but from what I do I'd say stops at 3 if he gets past 2.

I could see him honestly barely putting down one. He would just keep schooling the soldier but it would get up or keep coming. Once a few more showed he would start taking some hits and have to retreat

One soldier is a good fight. I don't see how he beats 2 guys that shrug off gunfire.

The soldiers are strong but not as smart or skilled so it's gonna take a good amount

Well Ozy's physicals are still superhuman by average standards. He's also more skilled and much smarter. The biggest problem is their durability. I think he can make it to round 4, possibly round 5, before losing.

He has the speed and skill advantage. I'd say he makes it to round 5; he probably can't beat round 6.

I may be wrong...but didn't members of team Arrow take down fodder Mirakuru soldiers?

Merlyn defeated one without the cure IIRC, and Sara was holding off one for quite a while.

His speed and strength feats aren't even close to Ozymandias.

Ozy is more skilled, agile, intelligent and faster than any one Mirakuru soldier, but i think anything above six and he'd have problems. They can potentially overwhelm him.

@kingtphil: Ollie never got stomped, you must be misremembering. He was caught completely off guard and visibly disturbed in the middle of battle that Mirakuru was back, and Solomon Grundy kept getting lucky and BFRing Ollie or accidentally knocking him into toxic chemicals during their fights. In the one fight where Ollie was actually somewhat prepared for what he'd be facing, he manhandled Grundy through sheer skill. And this was while suffering severe injuries, drugged and trapped in an enclosed environment. Just sheer skill. All he needed was a fair fight, and to get over his mental fears after what happened with Slade.

Nyssa, Sara, Malcolm and Diggle have all faced Mirakuru soldiers to varying levels of success as well, but never is there a stomp. Let's not just downplay the Arrowverse here for the sake of Ozymandias standing a chance.

All that said I would be surprised if he can beat even two. His physicals aren't that much greater than Malcolm's or Ollie's (consistently breaking metal with strength and dodging bullets/arrows all the time) and his fighting skill isn't even close. I mean, all he did was fodderize Nite-Owl and Rorschach, neither of whom even have the feats of, say, Huntress, and are probably on par with season 3 Roy and Thea going by feats, both of whom can be beaten by a single League member. So Ozy's skill is higher than Thea and Roy, but definitely less than someone like Sara. Then he has slight superhuman stats on top, but nothing really worth mentioning when Mirakuru users have strength comparable to "a forklift or a crane" and superhuman speed and senses, and regen.

Actually, I take it back. The prison fight goes to show that Nite-Owl is a better fighter than Thea and Roy, although Rorschach still falls behind. Maybe Adrian can kill two soldiers if we give him the benefit of the doubt.

He doesn't have the strength to stop them. The durability to take a punch. Or The speed to tag keep up with them.

As I've said in other threads even nameless league ninjas have aim dodged bullets and can catch and deflect arrows. So saying Malcolm and arrow beat one doesn't mean much when I think either one could solo the entire watchmen group sans Manhattan

Here's the fight scene. He had to stab him to death, but Ozzie doesn't carry weapons. I can't see him getting passed round 4.

@db_king: Ozy has some impressive feats from the movie though. I actually think his physicals are good enough to hurt the soldiers; not on par with theirs, but certainly a solid amount above Oliver's and Malcolm's. He was able to jump like 30 feet to attack Nite Owl, and he was kicking and punching them across the room, similarly to how Mirakuru soldiers launch people when they hit them. And he caught a bullet at point blank range so I definitely think he can keep up with and actually far surpass them speed wise. And he has virtually impenetrable fighting defenses, I don't think he was tagged even once in the entire movie and he was fighting the best fighters on the planet. So I think he could take at least 1, possibly 2, but the real issue is how long it would take him to put down the first down.

He didnt jump 30 feet. It may have looked like that because of the camera angle..but rory took three steps before leeping at ozy and he was right next to nightowl.

He caught a bullet in his glove while watching someone pull the trigger. If he was faster than a bullet he wouldn't have needed to hide behind a Secretary while the assassin he sent unloaded at him.

Mirks were unphased by arrows and bullets and can punch through steel. He can't hurt them.

The best fighters on the planet consisted of self trained vigilantes and a Vietnam war vet.

And for the record you can't kill a mirk by "stabbing them to death". You need to destroy the brain.
