Ozy easily. Harley got 1 shotted by Batman in all 3 games. Joker is weirdly durable, but doesn't have many good combat showings.
@eyedcyou: To be fair, she wasnt even really trying to put up a fight in AA/AC - She was flipping around like she was just playing.Then in AK -spoiler-she takes on and beats Nightwing and half a dozen cops at the same time.She's too inconsistent, especially in AoA.
@dr_harlequin: that's a good point. She wrecks nightwing, but still, gets 1 shotted every game by Batman. Including in AK when she was bloodlusted.
