Mai has 500 knives and 23 poison tipped darts.

Harley has her hammer and cork gun

Catwoman has her whip

Depends on whether Ty Lee can chi block Poison ivy.

Azula could stalemate her whilst Mai takes on Cat Woman and Harley, then Ty goes and blocks Ivy's powers.

Then it's a quick clean up for Ozai's Angels.

50/50 imo.

Ivy solos. None of them have a counter to her poison spores, toxins and her army of mind controlled slaves. Her vines can regenerate, so fire bending is not going to do much. Even Katara gets rekt

Firebending can burn her body. Why would Azula aim for her vines?

1.)No. Only her pheromone control works on men. She also possesses all other kinds of toxins and poisons that she utilizes as weapons and can release them into the air with spores.

Heck, she did this to Green Lantern

2.) Her army of animated plant creatures

Becuase the vines protect her, so it doesn;t matter where Azula aims. Bare in mind, her vines have city level DC

And she can always use jet propulsion to get out of the way?

3) No they don't... Every scan I've seen and the ones you showed have Ivy totally unprotected raising vines around her. And Ivy lacks any evasion feats good enough to dodge continious fireballs or lightning.

It's a 50/50 this depends soley on Poison Ivy and Azula respectively.

Dependent on how effective Azula is vs Ivy.
