Owlman VS Black Manta

This is the awesome version of Owlman as portrayed on 'Justice League: Crisis on Two Earth's'. He is equipped with standard gear.

He faces Black Manta, equipped with Standard gear.

The both have twenty minutes of prep and are bloodlusted, the fight takes place in Gothan Square. Populated.

Owlman blows up the multiverse. Everybody loses.

Owlman easily.

Owlman's armor was kinda inconsistent. At one point he took hits from Wonder Woman, but didn't Batman stagger him?

Regardless, with prep, Owlman probably wins, without it, Manta.
