current Orochimaru was able to summon the 4 first Hokages with their free will. i assume if Orochimaru has prep to make Edo Tensei, and convince Hokages to help him, then the fight will be huuuuuuge, i'll give it to Orochimaru after a good fight.

Well he just recently ressurected the 4 hokages so he can also do that here so yes...he can use edo tensei

He did that because he had bodies to sacrifice. I don't know how he got the DNA though unless he hid it somewhere and collected it again.

But yeah, he would need live bodies.

If Orochimaru is assisted by the 4 Hokages, he MIGHT win here but it still won't be easy. I assume that Madara will be preoccupied by the first and second Hokages since both of them know much more of Madara's abilities and battle habits than the Sarutobi and Minato. Obito has fought against Minato before so, both of them have a certain amount of knowledge on each other. Note that Minato managed to tag Obito and damaged him as well. Minato together with Sarutobi should have not much of a problem to take down Obito. I'd say Madara is the real problem here. Let's not forget that Orochimaru is free to run around and take sneak shots at any one of the Hokages when he sees an opening. Orochimaru is no walk in the park. I won't be surprised if he uses one of his forbidden jutsus to take down at least one of the Hokages. He'd probably go for Sarutobi first though. :P

If not, Orochimaru has NO CHANCE and Madara + Obito take the win here.

Orochimaru + 4 Hokages= Oro wins 7.5/10. Orochimaru - 4 Hokages= Oro gets stomped.

He used the Zetsu bodies and bound the past Hokage's souls to them via Edo Tensei....No DNA required...and sacrificed his body and took over the extra Zetu's body.

Not only does he not get the Zetsus here but the Zetsu do have DNA. He is a partial clone after all of the 1st Hokage.

Orochimaru loses here though... he hasn't really had a good track record against Uchihas.

@SlimJ87D: He would have needed the DNA of the 2nd 3rd and fourth to bring them back since he had their "Souls" all he had to do was bind them to a body.

@CerberusPrime3k: Oh you're talking about that. When Kabito explained it, you need body, DNA and then you summon the soul did he not? I'll go back and research it later if need be. That's why he couldn't get Jiraiya because he never collected his DNA and Jiraiya's body was lost in the water ways.

To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to reincarnate. Kabuto remarks that this basically amounts to grave-robbing, although blood stains or organs salvaged after the target's death also work.

@SlimJ87D: Yes, However Orchimaru had their Souls which he got from the Shinigami's belly and preformed Edo Tensei skipping the DNA requirement because He had their souls from the start instead having to get them from the Great beyond or where ever Naruto characters go when they die with Blood,etc. All he had to do was bind them to Bodies and sacrifice himself.
