The OP doesn't say either gets prep, so Edo Tensei shouldn't even be brought up unless Orochimaru in the Fourth Shinobi War can do Edo Tensei with no prep.

Why does everyone think Edo Tensai is really going to do shit to Aquaman? Orichimaru used up all his prepped ones vs the Third Hokage. Even if summons someone else, they wouldn't even be able to harm Aquaman. His durability is much higher than what most ninjas can dish out. Aquaman is literally gonna grab Orichimaru by the neck and drown him in the ocean.

Edo Tensei is apart of his arsenal unless this is Orochimaru after he loses his arms. Anyways in my opinion With prep this would be a stomp without prep Orochimaru wins 6/10. The only problem with Orochimaru is he has no feats when he has his full power, but that is balanced out with the fact he cant die and has high level durability.

@*Void*: All of his edo tensai were sealed by the Third Hokage. Also Orichimaru can die. The only reason he doesn't is because of his technique. He has multiple bodies stuffed into his own and just switches when one get hurts. Naruto, with four tails, was strong enough to hurt him to the point he needed to retreated because he had no more bodies. Orochimaru's durability stems from his regeneration/ body manipulation technique. He actually not durability beyond that of a normal human. Aquaman's every hit would literally force Orochimaru to shed his old body.

@OmgOmgWtfWtf: Thats why I said if this him before he fights the third and loses arms he should have it, if its after obviously not .Actually they way his power works is quite different. Orochimaru takes over one body and uses it till he burns it out, no stuffing of bodies involved. What he uses to regenerate is a body shedding technique and/or his real body which is a large multi-snake creature. What happened in the four-tail fight was his host body burning out. The fact he could take point blank punches from Tsunade is a testament to his endurance.

@*Void*: Aquaman's punches are much, much stronger than Tsunade's. Not to mention he his trident, which he could use to skewer Orochimaru.

@OmgOmgWtfWtf: Tsunade vs Aquaman (Strength) Is up for debate. Lets say Orochimaru even cares that he was stabbed, he would spit out his real body, after vomiting his guts out Aquaman would attack Orochimaru again there losing the fight to Orochimaru after he stabs him again, Orocimarus blood/possion will take over Aquamans soul or at least latch on to it until Aquaman gets beaten down then Orochimaru wll take over.

@*Void*: Aquaman has shown immunity to toxins in the New-52, the Trench were able to paralyze him with their toxin despite taking many bites from them. He stated that he didn't feel their poison at all. So its speculation that Orochimaru's toxin would work. Also Aquaman is not entirely human, so once again its speculation, whether or not, his body transfer technique would even work. Also his technique is reliant that his foe be weakened, after he got resurrected by Sasuke, he commented on how he was too weak to take over Sasuke's body even if he wanted to.

@OmgOmgWtfWtf: Thats why I said if it somehow doesn't work he would just linger until Aquaman weakens. After Itachi weakened Sasuke and Orochimaru took over Sasukes body Oro would have taken his body since Sasuke would have been to weak to fight back. I think the OP says Oro has his arms, the only reason Oro cant beat Sasuke now is because he doesn't have his arms. By the way Orochimarus poison was able to affect Sasuke who was made resistant to all poisons, oh and can I ask you a question, how resistant is he to poisons since new 52 is he more resistant now or pre 52?

@*Void*: We are unsure how resilient Aquaman is now in the New-52. However, he has shown to be able to be immune to the Trench's poison, which is able to paralyze on contact. Simply getting some on your hands was enough to make a guy's hand numb. Aquaman literally got bitten by like a ton of those monsters and the poison didn't faze him at all. Also the only reason why Orochimaru was inside Sasuke was because Sasuke absorbed him. Orochimaru didn't secretly hitch a ride, Sasuke purposely absorbed Orochimaru using the same body-switching technique by using genjutsu. Sasuke wanted Orochimaru's chakra so he could fight Itachi better. The same thing can't be replicated with Aquaman doesn't have a curse seal for him to attach to or chakra to sustain him.

I don't really think he had a choice, it was either absorb or be absorbed. The only reason he was even able to reverse the jutsu was because of the cursed mark. Orochimarus poison is different from other poisons it doesn't just attacks the body, it attacks the mind and soul. Aquaman might be able to resist it it for awhile but without something like a cursed mark he is a dead man walking. Orochimaru is inside anyone who has any of his chakra or d.n.a within them, so a piece of oro was inside Sasuske since pre time skip. The sheer amount of jutsu Oro possess should prepare him for anything thrown at him by Aquaman.
