Orion vs. Silver surfer

Name a power. The Power Cosmic gives him almost any power to a really high level, plus he can go 10 of 1000s x the speed of light, Orion can hang but he wont put surfer down unless he can surprise him with sumthing and thts not likely.

Silver Surfer's use of the Power Cosmic is not as powerful as Galactus (who is omnipotent). Orion's use of th Astro Force is full on and it comes from the rage of oThe Source. HOWEVER not much has been seen in the AF that makes him more powerful than Surfer's PC.

I only read a few comics where SS appeared in and I must say he seems a smarter and more powerful (by a lil nit) being than Orion.

fighting Thor and Odin fairly well and his PC has done has much as Orion's AF could in the few comics I saw him in

Silver Surfer stomps.

Orion might be a boss, but SS is too much. With bloodlusted SS Orion will get absolutely destroyed.

Silver Surfer is a lot more faster (passes light) and a lot more durable. He can survive in a black hole, stars, and supernovas. Silver Surfer needs no sleep, air, water, or food. He can be intangible which means all physical attacks will not work. And then SS has telepathy, healing, and Power Cosmic. He can make black holes and shoot cosmic bolts that can oneshot a planet. He can manipulate the universe's energy and everything that involves matter. Orion will die in so many ways.

All Silver Surfer needs to do is to control the fluids in his body and evaporate them, therefore killing him; or he could put a few black holes around Orion, either way he will die.

People keep saying that surfer is physically weaker than Orion. I'm looking for a scan, but essentially Surfer is explaining how he can increase his strength almost infinitely based on how much power cosmic he channels. He's gone toe to toe with hulk on a physical level, and has incredible durability as well. Orion is incredibly intelligent, but the power cosmic is just too much for him.

If Surfer does win, is not gonna be easy as some think.

Going to give the nod to Surfer here. I think his unmatched versatility makes up for the fact that Orion is the superior fighter and "possibly" the stronger of the two.

I have not seen one feat from Orion that makes me think he can handle someone on Surfer's level of speed. Orion has the strength and durability to go toe to toe with Surfer, but not the speed.

Give Orion the astro force and he stomps. The astro force is the wrath of the source that can destroy several planets simultaneously and he can harness this energy to challenge any opposing force it is only equaled to the omega force.

I see a lot put this as a close fight but I just don't see it that way, an all out surfer stomps imo, way too much weapons at his disposal, he's even created life, a singularity that destroyed a galaxy, can raise his strength level, manipulates molecules and sooo much more, check these out...

Orion wins this fight. Orion has more combat experience, is better H2H, is more intelligent in terms of fighting opponents and figuring out ways to win, is physically stronger than the Surfer, has more stamina and durability than the surfer.

Surfer lost all of his memories of his past life so no he is not a scientist anymore. Surfers intelligence is from his cosmic awareness and relies on that to over power or dismantle his opponents. While Surfers cosmic awareness does give him the edge as far understanding the cosmos it really has no effect on magical gods or anything in the mystical realm. This would give Orion the advantage and Orion frankly is better at thinking for himself in combat. Surfers only option would be to attack Orion with all of his cosmic might but I feel that Orion is just tougher and smarter in terms of fighting.

Surfer only chance here is that he can BFR him or somehow over power Orion with brute force and cosmic attacks. Surfer is also extreme durable and he might be able to pull this off but Orion does have New God tech on his side. Weapons strong enough to disable even Superman so I really dont see how Surfer could be that much more durable than Superman is so I would have to give this fight to Orion 8 out 10.

Anybody is welcome to debate this fact with me and ill be happy to disprove you.

@nighthunder: Orion is resistant to transmutation, his motherbox grants him about a dozen powers, he has more than enough physical strength to damage Surfer, he's fast enough to combat him and has insane damage soak a very solid healing factor and the astro force grants him additional defense and offensive options, and for what it's worth he has more combat skill.

Honestly Orion is consistently underrated on the forums, to reiterate he will not walk over surfer but this will turn into a fight of attrition and Orion has more in the tank, that's what's going to win him this fight imo.

The Silver Surfer wins in a very good fight IMO.

Orion's speedblitzed whole fleets of ships ,tagged the black racer when he was trying to avoid him and tagged lightray. I don't see how Surfer has a big speed edge honestly.

Orion wins surfer is overrated. Surfer could probably barely beat thor and hulk how is he supposed to beat a new god.

Could either way. But I'd still give the edge to SS. And Orion is one of my favorite characters.

I have to give the win to the Silver Surfer, he has better abilities and hacks, overall power I say Orion takes that, physically I think it could go either way but as they went on Orion would poesses greater physical strength, for speed I'm not to sure but I'd probably say Surfer takes that but I'm not sure, if anyone can show a feat or scale that makes Orion faster than I'd probably say Orion would win, Silver Surfer would beat early Orion, but I think Silver Surfer would win 2/3 rounds
