Orion is one of my favorite DC guys but with prep time I have to give it to "old bucket head", Ironman.

His strength and durability are far beyond those of Ironman.
His astro force blasts have put a hurtin on Superman and he has acces to a mother box that can run interference on Ironman's systems.

Seriously, I did an Orion vs classic Thor battle and it was roughly a draw. Now, if classic Thor did battle with Iron Man, who would win? Thor of course. So Orion wins.

I'm giving it to Orion. With his own raw power and the Motherbox their to aid him, Orion will be the victor.

@monsterstomp: I'd agree with that wholly. But Tony vs Orion? If Tony's moths gave birth to him and raised him from his Pre-ambulatory stage with the sole purpose of one day defeating Orion....Orion would still dance on Tony's grave.....then use a mother box to resurrect him
