@Assman: I personally am against people that say featless beings can take it up to powerful beings that have proven themselves time and time again(Superman Prime One Million to Galactus would be the prime example), but Mandrakk was a eating everything in DCU, including the fifth dimension! That is quite impressive. It also made me realize that Presence isn't omnipotent, but I don't want to get into that.
Original Ion if its Hand of God series. Zero Hour Parallax and Original Ion have the power to defeath Mandrakk, even the one from Superman Beyond 3D. They are the Avatars of Emotional Spectrum. If we exclude time control and mind manipulation, Their raw energy and power together would overwhelm Mandrakk. This fight goes to team 10/10 if they work together. And the White Lantern entitiy would Eliminate Mandrakk period. The entities can't be killed, they make their host immortal and they are the root of all things in the Universe; Will, fear, love, compassion, hope, rage, avarice, death, and life. The ONLY thing that can counteract death is life, and vice versa. But I digress. Team wins. Individually would be a better fight. I might be giving a few to Manrakk in that case.
He is featless, but apparently one of the top guys for DC. I guess this match is going to have different opinions that aren't going to change unless Mandrakk makes another appearance somehow.

Well in vertigo's Lucifer when the Presence was talking to Lucifer he told him nobody could be there own creator, not even he god himself as there were higher power beyond him. He may have been speaking about the writers, I don't know.
