is this current state of all the characters pictured or just the past state of each character in the pic (ie, Angel just has feather wings)

Im going with Avenger. Iceman isnt uber powerful. Hulk and Herc are even though we dont know that yet retrospectively. Thor takes on Ghost Rider. I guess Wasp for Angel and Hank for Natasha.
