They are. Trying to compare Prime to a sentinel, outside size, is quite a different ballgame of machinery. Then trying to argue that for some reason he will be completely immune to the same claws that have been chopping through the Hulk for years.
I still maintain my opinion it depends on the incarnation and if he can tag Logan.

The only versions I can think of that Logan could probably take out are the G1 cartoon, the Transformers Animated version, and maybe the movie version.
Wolverine may be almost impossible to kill, but he CAN be knocked out. Optimus Prime could knock him out by accident, ESPECIALLY because Wolvie's attacks are always direct.
now if i am not mistaken aren't sentiels main objective to hunt mutants.... so wolvie wins this one he has been punched by hulk and other big people/things.
