Under these conditions, Lucci solos. Enel won't even see base Lucci move nvm Hybrid.

Enel will show who the real god is when he return from moon with his chibi army.

@ghostravage: "Supersonic combat speed." What about it. Enel moves at massively hypersonic and can just shock them to death via omnidirectional attack.

Enel is more powerful than both Water seven and Long Long island arc villains. He was op for the time he was introduced, it's just that Luffy was basically the perfect countermeasure to Enel.
