Darkseid has telepathy, telekinisis, and can project his avatar at will. He can also travel time. In addition to the Omega Effect, which can go through matter and energy with ease, is the Omega Sanction. I imagine he has a God-like willpower (since you know, he's a god and all) added to his own psionic-like powers would make him a bit hard to mind wipe.

I don't know, I don't know Onslaught well enough. I very much doubt his telepathy would work on Darkseid, but I doun't know how the Omega effect would work on Onslaught either.

Darkseid, he has powers most people don't even know he has. And he is too strong
