One Thousand Yamcha's VS The Justice League
This topic is locked from further discussion.
1 Yamcha alone could planet bust, he might be able to solo the entire Justice League assuming none of them had reached planetary levels
About a handful of the characters will be alive still after the planet bust, so even if they could do so, they'd just kill themselfs in the end. Also the flash could time travel to prevent the planet bust easily.
And why do they need to be planet lv? 3/4ths of this roster can OHKO him easily.
He doesn't have the feats to hurt any of the powerhouses to my knowledge.
If you count filler he and Tien working together were able to overpower a Cell Jr, and seven years later he defeated Olibu who is Cell level by himself.
1000 anime yamcha could solo, he defeated ssj level characters. Note where anime base vegeta was a effortless planet buster at 18k.
Manga version probably die easily .
@nickzambuto: I don't count filler but physically overpowering a Cell jr doesn't seem impressive. Physical strength in DBZ is meager compared to Superman. Also in. The manga a Cell he casually one-shotted him.
Olibu being Cell level is nothing more than a vauge statement that ranks him in the DBZ hierarchy and doesn't compensate for any feats he may lack. If he does have feats so be it but I don't think he does.
There's also Hal or Superman just vaporizing him with wide blasts. Could he survive those?
@flashback0180: You do realize in the picture there's specter and Ion Kyle right. What exactly are those 1000 yamchas going to do to either of them?

Keep in mind I'm approaching this debate from an anime-standpoint. Without filler Yamcha has very few feats that put him in the powerhouse tier, I understand if you don't think filler is canon, but without using filler there isn't a debate. Also Cell never fought Yamcha in the manga anyway so there's really nothing to say Yamcha couldn't overpower a Cell Jr with Tien's help.
Now I'm curious what feats you think Superman has that make the strength of Dragon Ball characters look "meager", because I've honestly never been impressed with post-crisis Superman's power. He's only just barely moon-level, just barely. His real feats include things like punching people across cities, creating massive shockwaves, etc, all things Dragon Ball characters could do even before Raditz showed up. When Olibu fought Pikkon, the force of their blows was creating shockwaves that crumbled distant planets. And Yamcha beat him + his buddy almost easily.
@nickzambuto: Olibu also lifted a giant rock one handed.
Superman best feats include causing Earthquackes/Volcanic eruption with his blows, sending Lobo in orbit with a sinle uppercut, punching hard enough to destroy mountains with his blows, hitting people hard enough to crack small planetoids, spilliting the moon with just the after effect of his licks, etc, etc. Low-balling Superman to only punching people to different cities and creating shockwaves is ridiculous.
