Location

Both are useless but Sai wins the people he fights are on a much greater scale than sanji. Reasons for wining he attacks from a distance and when Sanji cant keep the pace any longer Sai seals him.

Sanji can beat both one piece Sai and Naruto Sai. Blue walk can close the gap between him and Naruto's Sai, then it's over. And One piece Sai has impressive kicks but Sanji has more impressive feats with his kicks.

Well since Luffy is massively > Sanji and just slightly over Chinjao and Sai is now over Chinjao I give Sai the slight majority.

Yea Sanji is too fast, Sai isn't lacking in DC but he can't keep up.
