Captian America working with Bucky *or whatever his name is lol* 
Spiderman working with Catwomen 
DareDevil working with Electra 
IronFist working with Black Carnary 
Vemon working with Carnage  
Doc Oct*with adamantium arms* working with Green goblin 
 

Fight is to the death, BFR is acceptable with Debate, Morals are off, Bloodlust is on, Fight takes place on a planet the size of Juptier with constantly changing enviorments

lol Your teams are fair though. So, why are they fighting on a planet that lacks oxygen, plant life, and human life? >_> lol

Canary Scream right off the bat would incapacitate venom and carnage easily, both are weak against sonics and practically everyone else here and IF is a beast he should be able to beat most guys here, the guy took out a helicarrier in one punch.

Now that it's a fair fight, I'm torn between Deadpool / Deathstroke and Iron Fist / Black Canary.
