If anything, he defeats The Presence – here’s why:

The Presence is a purely fictional character created by the writers, albeit he is god of the DC multiverse he definitely isn’t the strongest. TOAA is the writer himself within the comic. There are two beings that surpass The Presence: Primal Monitor and Grant Morrison. TOAA stops at Grant Morrison, who is truly, in my opinion, equal. I say this because Grant Morrison is the writer within the comic book as well.
