You're dealing in equivocation, more. There are "two" TOAAs: Stan Lee, and the comic book TOAA. The comic book TOAA is omnipotent, and thus destroys Chuck Norris. Stan Lee, as far as I know, doesn't refer to himself as "TOAA" in real life, so your logic is faulty.

If this thread were Stan Lee vs. Chuck Norris, then Norris would win, but again, that's not what the OP says.

TOAA is a being who created universes, so if you call him like that, you have to allow his feats as toaa, therefore he stomps Chuck.
