Omni Man Blitzes Raiden and wins easy. Raiden is Mach 2, maybe 3 tops. Omni Man has Blitz the entire Global Guardian Roster which included the Red Blur. A guy who was so fast he held a conversation with his Girlfriend while saving parts of Russia, and she did not even know he was moving!
