Apollo ftw. He has displayed strength and durability feats that surpass thos of omni-man and additionally his energy projection capabilities have proven capable of stearlising a good portion of the moons surface in the past. Although Omni-man has the advanatage in experience, I don't see this overcoming the raw power Apollo has displayed.
morals on a vitrimite isnt saying much going by apollos profile omniman could win this with ease if the fight last into the night or if an eclipse just happens as they fight.not sure who would win while the sun is out i dont know much of apollo ,but if omniman finds out he gets his powers from the sun then the location will change. hell punch him to another continent or fight while flying somewhere else where its dark and then its omniman beating the tar out of apollo worst than when invicible his son was beaten by omniman.

Thats why you should not simply make a judgement by reading their profiles, as they can be incorrect. Appolo has shown feats of strength and durability greater than those of Omniman. Additionally he has long range attack options with his laser vision.
