Thing powers is power cosmic and Colossus is a mutant and his skin is basically living metal. A thin layer at that where ben Grim is well covered way more thicker coating. I still dont see where it would work so simple as it would Colossus. Plus ben is way stronger than Colossus. Omega red would be KO

@termiteone4ever: It's okay. Colossus and Thing are actually much closer in terms of durability and strength than you might think. That said, Omega Red has regularly bested Colossus with no difficulty what so-ever. Simply put, Thing brings nothing to the table that Omega Red hasn't already faced and defeated with ease.

Omega red nothing hurts him plus his coils would penetrate Ben grimm ...... lol & kill him as Omega red may not be as stronger but his death spores will also work on the thing .

@jayskee: Did u read X-Men Vs. Hulk#1 colossus fought hulk better then thing has ever to quote Nerd Of A Hero - He set's up a confrontation between Colossus and The Hulk in the northern forest area of New York, where he and Kitty (along with Lockhead) go hiking. Colossus losses in round 1, but later pull's off some killer moves on him and seeming defeated the Hulk, until he drops his guard and is punched into the quicksand. Saved by the Hulk, however, he turns back to Bruce Banner before saying there goodbyes. Oh, and after Peter learns what happened, Wolvie get's K.O'ed.
& this is omega red dude takes 100 ton punches like nothing hit him as his armor is more durable then the thing .
@Edamame: 1) Thing isn't agile. 2) Colossus has already smashed around Omega Red. It didn't work. 3) Through touching the coils he can apply life drain, so that wouldn't be wise.
He can control it. It tends to fluxuate from comic to comic, but he was able to peel his fingers through Colossus's armor after just having his coil around his ankle, IIRC.
@lagoon_boy: I understand and I answered that. Omega Red being able to dig his fingers through Colossus's armor implies he made him weak enough to do so.
