I say Omega red. The guy is built like a tank and has some pretty quick tentacles. BUT most importantly DEATHSPORES....Batman will feel the effects pretty quickly.

Omega Red would win this if Batman doesn't know anything about him. His deathspores would take Batman out, evn if he was ablt to defend against his tentacles and strength.

I don't think there's anything in his belt that would effect Omega Red.
That's not going to happen. Omega Red's death spores will kill him in seconds, and there's nothing he can do about it. By the time he realizes something's wrong and grabs for his gas mask, he'll be dead.
LMAO!....I fell asleep! Just woke up...I was actually going to say...Omega Red takes it, hes a psycho..and it would be hard to take him out with his whole "Death Factor" and those crazy whips lashing about. But if Batman came with prep time....He could do something....LMAO.
I think if Batman went after Omega Red and had prep time...of course he would win...But if Omega red comes out of no where and Batman is fighting someone else and get attacked by O-R, he would be toast.

Omega Red has the ability, and need, to drain the life force of victims with his pheromones in order to sustain his own. Omega Red can use these absorbed energies to, temporarily, increase his body's healing capabilities to the point where he can fully heal from a punctured lung within a few minutes.
I'd give Batman 30 seconds.
Also I know I'm necroing this thread but i really felt the need to just explain to this moron how there is no way in hell (apart from PIS) that Batman could win.
@CalamitySam: Agreed. No reason anyone in their right mind should say batman can take omega red without some severe pis. I can maybe see batman getting one good hit in.
Omega Red takes this. Easily. I love Batman but he's severely outclassed in this one, especially in a random encounter. Omega Red is damn quick with those tentacles, and I don't think there's much Batman can do that would hurt Red.
I say Omega Red,Its one of those villains that is fit for a specific character(people with extreme healing factors&pain tolerance)Batman maybe if he had prior knowledge,but without it I don't see him leaving this with out a plot device
Here is the thing. Batman wont be able to win with blunt force of 127 fighting styles in this fight. If Omega Red can take hits from Wolverine who is much stronger then the Dark Knight then Batman wont win this with punching and kicking Omega Red. Omega Red cant be beaten in a direct fight. However the problem Red will have is countering or avoiding Batman's weapons and technology. Once Batman realizes he cant beat Red with blunt force he will turn to other options. Red is strong and has a die hard steel body he still needs to breath air. If Batman hits Red with knockout gass or other gasses Red is going to be weakened. If this dosnt work Batman can always kill the lights and attack Red in the dark. Red might be strong and be nearly unbeatable but he still needs to see who he hits. But all this comes down to if Batman can get a distance to do all this. Because one clean connect blow from Reds coils to Batman's head or body that will badly weaken or kill him. If Batman can avoid them and use his head Red will lose.
