In any event Damon stomps. Nothing is stopping him from blitzing Oliver in the first second of this battle and snapping his neck. He does it with morals so hell definitely do it without.

Damon stomps.

Damon kills Arrow in seconds. In his first apperance ever, during the first episode of season 1, dude was blitzed by Stefan and got out of his arms before they hit the ground after the blitz resulted in both combatants flying out of a second floor window of the Salvatore house. Ollie would also make a futile attempt to throw hands with Damon, and get crushed once the Vampire closes the gap (and he will).

@dorukesin: ahem. Starting distances don't matter. As soon as the battle starts Damon can and will blitz. 2km away? Damon will cover that distance in minutes. Even if Ollie CAN see him coming he's not going to hit Damon with an arrow. His reaction speed is just too great.

Seconds, not minutes.

Damon slaughters in a second.

Honestly, if Oliver is completely aware about Damon's powerset, he will just snipe him. If Damon spots him, its game over.
