Odin nearly killed himself taking on Galactus in the main universe. And this version of Galactus is the main universe version merged with the ultimate version (the swarm). Odin gets curbstomped.
@assertingvalor: I did, but the picture he has is of galactus when he came to the ultimate universe. Regardless, either version of galactus could beat Odin. They needed the ultimate nullifier to beat the swarm.
This is Odin in the Destroyer armor with mjolnir. Odin created mjolnir which we would assume he would be one with it. This isn't just plain Odin here. I'm not sayin he wins but I couldn't tell if you were coherent of that fact.

Are you talking about Gah Lak Tus or are you talking about Galactus merged with Gah Lak Tus because there is not Galactus in Ultimate Universe, only Gah Lak Tus which is swarm created by the Kree billions years ago as a weapon but now it is a swarm that consumes life. When Galactus came to Universe 1610, Gah Lak Tus saw him but instead of consuming him (I believe it could not) it merged with him, creating even more powerful Galactus.
If we are talking about Gah Lak Tus the swarm, IIRC a Galaxy Busting weapon could kill it and it doe snot have hax and God Like abilitities so Odin should one shot. If this is Galactus merged with Gah Lak Tus, considering the fact that Odin got stomped by weakest Galactus ever and Old King Thor with Mjolnir god his ass kicked by Galactus who was hungry and consumed only a small portion of Earth (so small that Earth did not even start to collapse or open), Galactus/Gah Lak Tus should curbstomp.
Now Odin does have his Destroyer Armor but he could not take down a single Celestial. I'm sure Galactus can beat at least one Celestial so Galactus wins.
