Seeing how vulnerable Silver Age Superman was to magic, Odin could probably take him out. Superman Prime on the other hand has a high resistance to magic, so Odin couldn't do too much to him.

OneShots Silver Age, literally one shots him. SilverAge has crazy powers but he's extremely weak against magic

Odin kills Prime indirectly by putting a red sun in the sky or BFR'ing him to another dimension.
The Man will be a lot more difficult than Superboy Prime because the man was pulling all kinds of PIS out of his ass.

Yeah, Prime wins. Silver Age Superman was powerful, but was EXTREMELY vulnerable to his weaknesses like kryptonite and magic, so Odin could take him out. But then there's nothing Odin can really do to Prime, and as DC_Marvel has said, Odin will have no way of knowing Prime's weakness to a red sun, and if he sends him somewhere, Prime has gotten back from other places, so BFR is out, and other than that, his high resistance to magic makes it so Odin can't really do anything to Prime, so Prime wins.

(the pic above is a two eyed Odin but one eyed Odin would certianly know Prime's weakness, he doesn't even have to read him he would already know everything about him)

Oa's Tomato cans, Guardians have no feats and can barley waste a planet. They are supposed to be skyfathers but never acted like it

Yeah he kills Prime by sneezing or just time travels and retcons Prime preventing Prime from ever existing

SA vs Odin is tough for Superman because Silver Age was extremely weak against magic. It was one of the few things he didn't easily remedy with a plot device. Unfortunately Odin can one-shot Silver Age Superman, that's if he can catch him.
