Satan unfortunately, if its the one I'm thinking of, is in or may be even out of Odin's league correct? He is a galaxy buster it seems in those scans. I don't know it may be close.

It's the one from the Bastard! manga. 

Satan wins.  Odin may be a galaxy buster.  But, Satan is a reality manipulator and universe creator.

Iam feeling bad writing this but Odin is way below satan's league.if you are talking about the satan we know and hate

Darsh at least equals, or is higher than odin himself (question of better fight portrayal or possibly better standing) And satan has always been much higher than darsh is.

Tough call as Satan has yet to be fully explored in combat, but the few times we've seen him he's been extremely powerful.
