Prep time is one day, fight is on the astral plane, Onslaught only has Nate Grey absorbed.

Odin has better Feats, But Onslaught should be more powerful since even Galactus doesn't want to mess with just franklin alone.

Agreed. But, others would disagree.

Onslaught doesn't have Franklin absorbed here.

Odin wins.

Not if he doesn't have Nate absorbed like RoA said.

Xavier isn't enough to take Odin there.

Hmm. Well, it's a tough call. I just think Odin wins. He created human life and IMO can take it away just as easily.

@superdemon:
onslaughts a psionic entity and this whole fight will take place in the astral realm meaning onslaught has the advantage as being a god wont help him much unless hes extremely skilled in psionics

Odin specializes in vast mystical abilities as the ruler of Asgard, he also has a day of prep, fight may begin in the astral plane but doesn't need to end there

Which Odin is. Out of Nate Grey, Thanos, Surfer, Xavier, etc only Odin was capable of curing Thor of his insanity when he had the Power Gem. Everyone went insane from simply probing his mind. Thanos had to break them all free. Odin, cured his mind in an instant.

Odin even on a bad day..

Hmm... a Skyfather who can bust galaxies and an extreamly powerful magic user VS a Psionic entity who though beat all the heros couldent do it in an instant like Odin is capable of doing and evne struggled a bit with Thor, plus Odin cant be harmed by a Mindless hulk like Onslaught was.

@Theworldbreaker:
onslaught aloud a mindless hulk to bust his armour since he didnt just fling him 100 km away so he could evolve into a psionic entity but anyway this is on the astral plain galaxy busting isnt gonna help

He's beyond the Astral Plane IMO. Surfer has always been a beast there. If he could have, he would have brought his scuffle with Odin there. Instead, Odin 1 shotted him.

@superdemon:
no lol i mean the fight is on the astral plain no where else no one shotting onslaught outside of,it all happens in it

Odin > Onslaught with X-Man and Franklin Richards absorbed so Onslaught with only X-Man absorbed would get stomped. Odin would do much more with a day of prep than Onslaught would. Odin with prep could use his Destroyer armor and absorb other Asgardian souls into him for much increased power just like he did when he was prepping for the Celestials. To sum it up Odin takes out full power Onslaught in a very good battle. Onslaught with just Nate Grey absorbed gets owned horribly by Odin.

Kinda strange if you think about it. Odin got beaten by the celestials while in the Destroyer armor. However, an attack from a Celestial did nothing to Franklin Richards. So with that I would think having Franklin and X-man he would be more powerful.

However, this doesn't matter as he doesn't have Franklin to power him.

@OmegaDynasty: I didn't read that issue where Franklin encountered the Celestials but just by looking at the scan it leaves a few questions. I'd say Franklin > Odin simply by the way he's been written but there are alternative explanations for the Celestial thing.

1. Could be related to the Hyperspace power sort of thing his mum has.

2. Franklin says that the Celestials are "sick or something".

3. That was one nameless Celestial's attack. Odin got thrashed by five.

Like I said, I think Franklin is more powerful than Odin but those points are just from playing devil's advocate.

Anyway Odin should beat Onslaught in a timely scuffle.

@Theworldbreaker: Onslaught's armor was penetrated by Thor, diving through his chest and grabbing Xavier inside using Mjolnir.

Given that Mjolnir and Odin's lance, Gunjir, are both comprised of the same alloy, Uru, in addition to the fact that Odin's Gunjir is sharp used as a projectile, that Odin can throw with accuracy, Odin could pierce straight through Onslaughts armor. Odin's power is also cosmic-level, and like Thor, he could disrupt the essence of Onslaught's soul from the inside.

Hulk did tear away the outer armor, but someone had to disrupt Onslaught's energy inside the armor to really stop Onslaught for good, and Thor started that by unloading his lightning power with his own power. Assuming Odin is more mystically powerful than Thor is, he could both penetrate onslaught's armor, as well as disrupt the ethereal energy forming Onslaught's soul. He could take this, how fast depends on how amped up of an onslaught we are talking about here.
