Odin has Gugnir and just woken up from Odin sleep. No Odin force.

Darth Sidious has his Light Saber and the dark side of the Force.

Fight takes place in the Pelennor fields outside Minas Tirith.

Who would win and why..

The rules of the fight doesn't make sense: Having Odin with no Odin Force is like having Galactus with no Power Cosmic.

How is this in any way a response to what I wrote? Can you show me feats of Odin without the Odin Force? Can you show me feats of Galactus without the Power Cosmic? If not, then my point is valid.

Can anyone show a scene that Specifically states Odin is using the Odinforce? Or are we just supposed to simply assume he's using it 24/7 regardless of whatever he's doing at any given time? Cause it sounds quite absurd that he'd need it to just walk around and take a dump.

@afueikawa: umm I'm pretty sure we have NO idea when he is using odin force or not, so he is featless without it, unless you just count all feats where its not directly mentioned or implied.

I dont know if they takes away his galaxy busting, but if it does, its closer, but odin still stomps

Lightning: wouldnt work its not even planet level

TK: wouldnt work, it is strong, but odin has feats suggesting no trouble with similar but not equal TP, at the MOST he MAY struggle a tiny tiny bit

Choke/Grip: Does work see above^

Other powers :dont work, odin is just to strong. He is a god, with feats.

Saber: doesnt work odin has blocked better.

then odin kills sidious, but sidious lives as a force spirit, odin senses it, and destroys it. takin a bit longer

This should prolly be locked or changed man, you need to explain what you mean by no odin force.

@reikai: Thats the thing though, Its not very clear.So you cant really have a battle that way. But maybe I am wrong and someone could explain it.

Without the Odinforce isn't Odin still a Skyfather? (Or is the Odinforce what makes him a Skyfather?)

@easternwind: Ultimately it's pointless. Those far less powerful than Odin would stomp Sidious. He's still an obscenely powerful Asgardian. Even when he was dead and Thor had the Odinforce, he was still in an afterlife eternally battling with Surtur.

The reason why I said no Odin force is that in most of his showings (except maybe when he repaired Asgard and the galaxies), there was no implication or any statement that suggest he was using the Odin force at all.

Since there is also a difference between Thor and Odin force Thor, so I was assuming the same for Odin.

@afueikawa: Thorforce is the Odinforce, only possessed by Thor while Odin was 'dead' and Thor was thus King of Asgard.

He does? I wasn't aware of that. I thought Odin always had the Odin Force in the comics.

@uberhikari Chronologically most for most of his appearances he's had the Odin Force. But Thor comics love Flashbacks and therefore there are issues in which he hasn't gained the Odin Force.

EDIT: No Odinforce? Could go both ways. Tbh alot of people here have no idea how powerful Sidious is.

He doesn't need feats really. He's stronger and tougher than Thor, and that eliminates any idea of Odin getting even tickled by the likes of Darth Benedict-I mean- Sidious! All it takes is a good stomp and the planet is rubble.
