I took the time to upload them scans:

Now how we know that Doom at the time didn't have the cube?
Because in the very next issue(FF WGCM #12) this happened:

Shows how much Galactus is underrated by you and everybody on this site.
Beyonder blinks all of them into Neo-battleworld where odin and thanos have daylong fights. Galactus accidentally steps on Apocalypse ending his life and starts playing intergalactic sherlock holmes to find the root of all this nonesense and faces Onslaught. After a short fight Galactus goes enrage and beats Onslaught, turns to thanos and odin and smites them as they're already exhausted and beyonder just smiles and Galan drops dead. The End.

"Let me correct a few things.
1. I find it funny that in your initial post, you claim Doom one-shotted Odin, when clearly in the scans, this isn't what happened. You completely blew it out of proportion. You have a habit of this.
2. Here's the rest of the issue, where it states what equipment Doom is packing.
So now that I've proven that you were wrong about him having the Cosmic cube in that issue, that he never One-Shotted Odin, and that you're all too willing to leave out important information to make a case and I've pretty thoroughly embarrassed you on the issue, I'm going to sit back and laugh for awhile.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Laughing's over. Whether he had the cube in the next issue is irrelevant. You were wrong about his fight with Odin. Oh, and just for giggles, here's the rest of the scan of Reed using the Cosmic Cube, since you seemed unwillingly to show anyone with the power of Galactus being remotely challenged.
Are you trolling me or some shit?
Odin vs Doom: Odin grows to match Doom in size, grabs him from behind, Doom retaliates, they go hand in hand, Doom shots Odin down right after he gets bored. Doom one-shotted Odin.
LOL? How would Reed know what Doom is carrying? Did you miss the scan where it was shown that Doom had left the cube somewhere else? Did you miss the part where Doom barely noticed the Cube in Richards' hand? He thought it was so insignificant that he didn't even bother using it.
Now that I've proven you wrong, i'm going to sit back and laught a bit.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Laughing's over. Odin was one-shotted by Doom, as you can clearly see by the scans. All he did was grow to be as big as Doom, go hand in hand with him and get shot down.
Galactus is abstract, faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar above a high sky-father such as Odin.
Beyonder gets 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 points
Galactus gets 100,000,000 points
Odin gets 100 points
Thanos gets 90 points
Onsalught gets 60 points
Apocalypse 20 points.
Did you even look at the scans? It seems you're having a bit of selective memory.
Doom fires on the group of Asgardians. Odin is the only one left up, and attacks Doom. He gets in a shot, they both get in a shot, then Doom blasts him with both gauntlets. How you came to the conclusion that Doom one-shotted him is beyond me, but you're interpretation is completely off.
Once again, whether he left it somewhere in the next issue is irrelevant. because he had it in the fight with Odin. You've literally proved nothing here. Did you miss the part where Doom turned around when Reed stated he had the cube?
LOL Far above Odin? Did you miss the portion where Thor specifically states that Odins power rivals that of Galactus? Another example of you purposely ignoring things to continue you're sad delusion. As it stands:
PR Beyonder>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Doom with Cosmic Cube and power of Galactus>>>>>>>>>>Doom with cosmic cube>>>>>>>>>Galactus=Odin>>>>Onslaught>>Thanos>>>>Apocalypse.
You're the only one who's trolling here. Seriously, your ignorance is astounding.
He was KO'd after Doom got a concentrated hit on him. When he blasted the Asgardians, that blast was not concentrated on Odin. Did you miss the part where Doom completely ignored Richards when Reed said that he had the cube? How is it that the cube was lying around if Doom was using it in the Odin fight? Because. He. Was. Not.
Thor likes to exaggerate Odin's power. The actual fight proved Thor wrong. You are the only ignorant one here.
PR Beyonder >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> well-fed Galactus >> a celestial >> Kubik > an average cube being >>>>>> an average elder god >>> Odin
He didn't ignore Richards when Richards said he had the cube. He turned around and Reed used it. The cube was lying around because it was the next issue, and he didn't need it. He'd already taken out Odin and most of the other major threats, and when you have the power of Galactus, WTF are the Fantastic Four going to do to put you down?" @Lance Uppercut: He was KO'd after Doom got a concentrated hit on him. The actual fight proved Thor wrong because Doom had the extra increase from the Cosmic Cube.

"This 'insect' holds the cube."
At first Doom completely ignored Richards even though Reed held the cube. Also I find it funny that whenever Doom used the cube or rod they were always portrayed and shown, but not in the Odin-Doom fight yet you still claim that BS.
PR Beyonder >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> well-fed Galactus >> a celestial >> Kubik > an average cube being >>>>>> an average elder god >>> Odin
" @Lance Uppercut:Did you just miss the next panel entirely? Here. Let me write it out for you.
"This 'insect' holds the cube.""But I hold the power of Galactus!""Oh, just crawl away, little one. You are beneath the notice of your soon-to-be executioner."At first Doom completely ignored Richards even though Reed held the cube. "In your smug arrogance, you've forgotten the power the cube can wield."
"Wait! Do you mean the Cosmic Cube?! The all-powerful cosmic cube?"
"One and the same. Now I think you'll turn around!"
Doom ignored Richards until he realized Richards was holding the Cosmic Cube, something that now the writer and I have had to explicitly explain to you.
Really? When he used the cosmic cube, it was always clearly shown? He used it against Galactus:
Where was it shown then?
Hell, they even said in the book that Doom didn't require the power of Galactus to achieve his goals.
So yeah, you can keep up your delusion that it was the power of Galactus that put Odin down. You can be wrong all you'd like.
Yea, cause the Cube would be lying around Doom's ship when Doom and Odin are fighting.
" @Lance Uppercut: Yea, cause the Cube would be lying around Doom's ship when Doom and Odin are fighting. "It wasn't.
1) PR Beyonder (by far)
2) Galactus
3) Onslaught/Odin/Thanos
4) Apocalypse
I feel like it's very well established that Galactus is above Odin, and PR Beyonder is undeniably above anyone else on this list.
Beyonder, Galactus, Thanos, Odin, Onslaught and Apoc.
Thanos and Odin are interchangeable, it depends on the setting.
This.
Why are people saying that Thanos and Odin are equal. Odin is far more powerful than Thanos, infact he took Thanos and Silver Surfer on the same time. Beyonder>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Galactus>Odin>>>Thanos>Onslaught>>>>Apocolypse.
@iron_doom: Franklin Richards alone has been said to have omniversal levels of power. Beyonder is beyond multiversal, but as far as we can tell not omniversal. Odin ALWAYS holds back, and stalemated Galactus in one mini-coma/concussion inducing headbutt for both parties. I say Odin > Onslaught/Beyonder (without Franklin's power, definitely Beyonder) > Apocalypse > Thanos > Galactus. Galactus is easily a universe buster but unfortunately is a pawn for higher powers, nothing more than a tool, maybe for the fulcrum, and his purpose and how he is bound to it by fate is stronger than his desire and ability to seek out greater power. I've never seen Galactus attempt to capture the Infinity Gauntlet for himself, just the Galactus seed to satisfy his hunger. From recent revelations and the retcon, at least most if not the average Celestial > Galactus and also Beyonder. Even with his original powers, the writers would just make the Celestials stronger, and again, Onslaught had celestial armor (level) and Apoc had the real thing.
Beyonder is an entire infinite, omnipotent and sentient universe. A true blue god for all intents and purposes.
All the other beings are microbes within a universe. Beyonder would simply think them out of existence and it's done. It wouldnt be a fight at all.
Doesn't onslaught have the power of franklin richards? If so shouldnt this put him on par or nearly as powerful as galactus because franklin had ressurected galactus and made him his herald, i know that onslaught wont win this battle but should, in my opinion, come a close third beneath beyonder and galactus if he really does have the same power level as franklin.
Beyonder(LOL at Apocalypse and Thanos even being added at all).
LOL
Beyonder(LOL at Apocalypse and Thanos even being added at all).
beyonder solos
Even this is an inadequate description of how this "fight" would go.
Beyonder would think all the other contenders don't exist, and then they wouldn't and it would be all over.
Beyonder is an entire infinite, sentient universe with matching infinite self sustaining, self replenishing energy.
Galactus would be like a molecule to the Beyonder, Odin would be an atom, and everyone else would be sub-quark sized, insignificant pieces of matter.
Beyonder Solos
reed did use the c.c to steal galactus power back from doom, but he galactus has been portrayed as more powerful than the c.c many times(why would doom through it away after he had big g`s power?)also this is not the the most reliable portrale of any ones power,as 5 or 6 writers where involved in this series.so you have a lot of conflicting opinions!
